Building Project Mid-August 2013

Much has been accomplished with the new building.  Many hours and people have spread many gallons of paint, carpet is being laid throughout the building, ceiling fans and lights are being installed, yard work has been done, designing rooms for safety and functionality is being done.  What do we have left to do?  Before we can move in we need to install a security system, lay carpet in the sanctuary and work on the stage (sand, stain, etc.).  After these three projects, I assume we can move into the building for everyday ministry and weekend worship services.  Our grand opening will happen on September 15th!!!!  We are ever so close!  Please continue to pray with us everyday at 9:15!!!

Building Project 7-15-13

The updates to the building are going well.  The bottom floor administration level was almost painted last week.  We should be able to lay carpet down in the next couple of weeks and then move the epiphany offices to the new location.  The worship area is very very exciting!!!  The staging was demolished and updated!!!  The flooring looks immaculate and the painting has been done very well.  A professional painter is coming in to paint the ceiling (our next project)!!  The children's area needs a little more paint and then to lay carpet.  Project going well!!  Please join us Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights from 6-9 pm.  WE NEED HELP!!!!!!

Sanctuary Work part 2

Big thanks to Chris Robinson, Tracy Robinson, Brandon Walton, Jared Epps, Troy Taylor, Bonnie Lilly, MIke Lilly, Forest Holman, Trish Holman, Mark LaRue, Tim LaRue for working hard tonight!!!  We painted the sanctuary walls until we had no paint left.  The color is looking great!!  We also had time to pull the carpet up in most of the rooms tonight.  We are planning on replacing the floors soon.  Our next time to work will be next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 9 pm.  We will be painting, painting and painting!!!  Please come and help!!!!!

Sanctuary work has just begun

Rob Dupree has started to materialize the vision of modernizing the sanctuary as the Lord has led.  David Dupree, Tim Larue, Mark Larue, Jan Myers, Jimmy Myers, Rabbit Evans, Jared Epps and myself were able to paint the entire sanctuary last night.  The new color looks good and will go well with the new flooring in the sanctuary.
TONIGHT - we need help to finish the sanctuary's paint job and we will be pulling carpet.  If you are around town tonight then please come by to hang out at 6 pm with us!!!

Tuesday Nights NOW Available!

Vacation Bible School was a blast and very profitable.  13 children made commitments to Christ and 5 more adults made commitments over the weekend.  As we plan baptism services we are also planning more opportunities to work on the new building.  We will be opening up Tuesday night work nights at the building. Tonight we will begin by painting the sanctuary.  A lot of paint has been purchased and now we await people to come and "color up" the new sanctuary!!  We are doing a lot of painting right now and planning the other necessary tasks for our September 15th Grand Opening!!!  Please come join us every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night (if not holidays) to spruce up and modernize the new building!!

Will you please join me in prayer everyday at 9:15 AM or PM?  As you may know, epiphany has purchased its first building.  We are doing a lot of work each week to prepare it for the official launch date of September 15th!  That is right ... September 15th will be our very first service in the building.  We want anyone and everyone to be in attendance at one of our services (9 am and 11 am).  September 15th will be a big day in the story and journey of epiphany, so will you join us in prayer?  Please set a timer/scheduled appointment/alarm in your phone (calendar/to-do list) to remind you to pray for epiphany and the launch service on September 15th!  www.epiphanybaptist.com

North Springfields building

March 17th, 2013
North Springfield voted and approved epiphany's contract to purchase their building!  NS will possess the building up to June 30th and epiphany will take full possession at that point.  Epiphany will be able to hold a few events before that day and renovate according to our discretion before June 30th.  Please pray for both churches as we transition locations.
